Snap Quiz Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

Snap Quiz is sponsored and administered by Heart & Hustle Digital Inc., 100-510 Beatty St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2L3, Canada (“Sponsor”), on behalf of Lucky Rebel Club, 3680 Wilshire Blvd Ste PO4-1847, Los Angeles, CA 90010, United States. The Sponsor handles prize fulfillment.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and of Lucky Rebel Club, their agencies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to enter

Create a free Lucky Rebel Club account with a valid email address, Google account or Apple Account, choose a username and confirm your eligibility. One account per person. Accounts found to be duplicates, automated or shared may be disqualified and their scores removed.

4. How to play

Each calendar month (Eastern Time) every eligible account receives 1,000 Game Points at no cost. Game Points cannot be purchased, have no cash value and expire at the end of the month. A game costs 50 Game Points and has 10 multiple-choice sports questions with 10 seconds to answer each. Players may play as many games as their Game Points allow, one at a time. Once started, the timer runs continuously, including if you leave or reload the page. A player does not receive the same question twice until fewer than 40 questions they have not yet seen remain in the question bank; after that, questions they have seen least recently may repeat.

5. Scoring, Reward Points and boards

A correct answer earns between 100 and 1,000 points based on how quickly it is submitted. Incorrect or unanswered questions earn zero. Timing is measured by the Sponsor's servers. A game scoring 6,000 or more earns 500 Reward Points. Weekly (Monday to Sunday ET) and monthly boards rank the total of each player's game scores, with ties broken by the lowest total answer time. The top three eligible players on each weekly board receive 1,000 / 500 / 250 bonus Reward Points, and on each monthly board 3,000 / 1,500 / 750.

Streak. A run costs 50 Game Points. Questions come one at a time and the run ends at the first incorrect or unanswered question. The time allowed per question shortens every 5 questions (10, 8, 6, 5 seconds). Reaching 5, 10, 15, 20 correct answers in a row earns 100, 250, 500, 1,000 Reward Points in total, credited when each checkpoint is reached and not removed when the run ends. A weekly board ranks each player's longest run; it carries no prize.

Head to Head. Each player pays 100 Game Points to enter a duel of 7 questions, scored like a game above, with both players receiving the same questions. The player who starts the duel plays first; the other has 24 hours to play. The higher score earns 300 Reward Points; equal scores earn 100 each. No Reward Points are awarded when either player scores zero. If no one plays the other side within the time allowed, or the challenge is declined, the starting player's Game Points are returned. In a Live Match, two players online at the same time are paired at random and receive each question at the same moment; both pay the entry when they are paired, unanswered questions score zero, and the match is decided the same way. A weekly board ranks duel wins; it carries no prize.

6. Rewards

Reward Points have no cash value, are not transferable and do not expire while the account is in good standing. They may be redeemed for rewards shown in the Rewards catalog while available. Redemptions are limited to $200 in retail value per person per calendar month. Each reward is available in a limited quantity each calendar month, restocked on the first day of the month (Eastern Time), and the Sponsor may limit total redemptions each month; a reward may be unavailable once its monthly quantity or the monthly allocation is used. Points are deducted at redemption and returned if the Sponsor cannot fulfil it. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that the Sponsor may substitute a reward of equal or greater value. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. Staff and ineligible accounts may play but may not redeem.

7. Delivery

Digital rewards are delivered by email to the address provided at redemption within approximately 7 days. The Sponsor may ask for proof of eligibility before delivery.

8. General conditions

Players must answer on their own, without help from other people, search engines, AI tools or other outside sources. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the game, uses automated tools, looks up answers through shared accounts, or otherwise acts in an unsporting manner.

The Sponsor may require any player to verify their identity, phone number or eligibility before a reward is sent, and a player who does not complete verification within 7 days forfeits that reward. If the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has broken these rules, it may disqualify the player, close their accounts, remove their scores, void their Game Points and Reward Points, cancel pending redemptions, and withhold or reclaim any reward obtained in violation of these rules. The Sponsor's decisions are final.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost connections, device or network failures, or late answers caused by them. The Sponsor may modify, suspend or end Snap Quiz if it cannot run as intended.

9. Privacy

Information collected is used as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. App stores

Snap Quiz is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Any questions, comments or complaints go to the Sponsor, not to Apple or Google. Gift cards are offered as prizes only; the retailers and brands whose gift cards are offered are not sponsors of Snap Quiz, are not affiliated with it, and gift cards are subject to the issuing retailer's own terms.
